I would like, through this simple page, to thank all the people and companies who have made possible the reali-
zation of my project, i.e. to publish , with as much details as possible, a complete discography and "lyricsography" of Sandra Kim's songs.
May they be warmly thanked for their help and/or the good-willing agreement they have well wanted to award my person and this long hours taking project. May they be assured that I won't deceive them, through an absolute recpect of the frequent condition of this possible agreement :
TO RESPECT THE ACCURACY OF THE COPYRIGHTS TO WHICH THEY HAVE FULL RIGHT AND NOT TO USE, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, THESE TEXTS IN ANY TRADING INTENTION !!
If, despite of my sincere attention, there would remain any kind of mistakes, may they be assured that their remarks will always be welcome and that they will be followed, in the shortest delays, by the necessary corrections !
In the same respect, if any person or company would feel unrespected in one's/its rights by any of this site's content, I will consider, with the same good-will, all the necessary corrections after detailed consideration of the claimed elements.
I thank equally a great fan (M.) who has totally helped me in the contact work towards these people.
Her work has been quick, discreet and excellent, and I think, at everyone's appreciation.

I WISH EQUALLY TO STRESS A PARTICULAR WARNING:
May the reader of this site be aware that those agreements only concern the publication of texts and will never allow at any time to have the considered songs performed in a musical or sung way !!!!
Equally, the agreements, acquired free of charge, concern this only site and may not be considered as a generally usuable and unconditional agreement to anyone. A mere contact with the concerned companies remains a tiny good-mannered politeness !

J'aimerais par cette simple page remercier toutes les personnes et sociétés qui ont rendu possible la réalisation de mon projet, à savoir de publier de façon la plus détaillée possible une discographie et une "textographie" complète des chansons de Sandra Kim.
Qu'ils soient vivement remerciés pour leur aide et / ou l'agrément bienveillant qu'ils ont bien voulu accorder à ma personne et à ce projet de longue haleine. Qu'ils soient assurés que je ne les décevrais pas en respectant scrupu- leusement la condition récurrente via laquelle cet agrément fut possible :
RESPECTER L'EXACTITUDE DES COPYRIGHTS AUXQUELS CHACUN A DROIT ET NE PAS USER DE CES TEXTES A DES FINALITÉS COMMERCIALES.
S'il devait, malgré toute mon attention sincère, subsister une quelconque erreur, qu'ils sachent que leur remarques seront toujours les bienvenues et qu'elles seront suivies, dans les plus brefs délais, des rectifications ad hoc !
De même, si une personne ou une société devait se sentir lésée par les indications de ce site, je considérerai avec la même bienveillance toutes les rectifications nécessaires après due vérification des éléments litigieux.
Je remercie également une grande fan (M.) qui m'a totalement secondé dans la prise de contact avec les personnes concernées. Son travail fut rapide, discret et excellent, et à l'appréciation de tous, je pense.

Que le lecteur de ce site sache que ces agréments concernent uniquement la publication de textes et ne permettra à aucun moment de faire paraître une quelconque interprétation musicale et / ou chantée des oeuvres concernées !!!
De même, les agréments obtenus à titre gratuit concernent ce seul site et on ne peut nullement les prendre comme accord de façon générale et inconditionnelle. Un contact avec les sociétés concernées reste une infime politesse de bonne aloi !!

Ik zou graag met deze eenvoudige pagina al de personen en maatschappijen bedanken, welke de verwezenlijking van mijn project mogelijk hebben gemaakt, d.w.z. op de best mogelijke gedetailleerde en volledige wijze een discografie en een "textografie" van de liedjes van Sandra Kim te publiceren.
Wij betuigen hen oprechte dank voor hun hulp en / of de welwillende toestemming die zij wel aan mijn persoon en aan dit project van lange adem hebben willen toestaan.Zij mogen verzekerd zijn dat ik hen niet zal teleurstellen door nauwkeurig de terugwerkende voorwaarde te respecteren via dewelke deze toestemming mogelijk werd:
DE JUISTHEID VAN DE COPYRIGHTS RESPECTEREN WAAROP IEDEREEN RECHT HEEFT EN DEZE TEKSTEN NIET VOOR COMMERCIËLE DOELEINDEN GEBRUIKEN.
Indien, ondanks al mijn oprechte aandacht, er enige vergissing zou blijven bestaan, mogen zij weten dat hun op- merkingen altijd welkom zijn en dat deze zo spoedig mogelijk door de geschikte rectificatie gevolgd zullen worden ! Tevens, indien een persoon of een bedrijf zich door de aanwijzingen van deze website benadeeld zou voelen, zal ik met dezelfde welwillendheid al de nodige rectificaties in aanmerking nemen na verschuldigd nazicht van de omstreden elementen.
Ik dank tevens een grote fan (M.) die mij volledig heeft bijgestaan voor de contactname met de betrokken personen. Haar werk was vlot, discreet en uitstekend, en tot ieders waardering, denk ik.

De lezer van deze website mag weten dat deze toestemmingen enkel de publicatie van teksten betreffen en op geen enkel moment zullen toelaten enige muzikale en / of gezongen interpretatie van de betrokken werken te laten verschijnen !!!
